OPERATION MANAGER – YAYASAN TIFA MANDIRI (YATIMA)Yayasan Tifa Mandiri (Yatima) as  a one of a Local NGO at Papua Barat is currently looking for a OPERATION MANAGER to support the implementation of the TANGGUH HEALTH PROJECT for sustainable management of the Yatima in Bintuni project.  Please refer to the below Term of Reference of the position for your reference.___________________________________________________     Operation Manager Yatima.Role and Responsibility: Operation Manager (OM) will assume general oversight and management responsibilities for Human Resources,  Coordination with line parties, Supporting Program activities and  day to day Administration.   Specifically, He/She will:ü Having responsibility in implementation of Yayasan Tifa Mandiri (Yatima) activitity in Bintuni and reported to Director of Yatima and Public Health Advisor (PHA).ü Ensure all the activities operate in safety and follow the procedure have been specified.ü Disseminate Personal guideline and safety information and best practices.ü Ensure Program logistic can be accommodated in orderly.ü Established intensive communication and working relation with Yatima Board member.ü Liaise closely with Project Line agencies and other parties to ensure effective implementation Tangguh Health Project activities..ü Supervising the Administrative and  Finance.ü Ensure the transportation vehicle for project are always safety and available on time.ü Organize meeting activities for staffing, project and management.ü Be responsible for preparing and submission of the periodic reporting of weekly and monthly. Requisite:  The Operation Manager must have the following skill/qualifications:ü A post-graduate degree in Management or Public Health.ü At least 7 years professional experience in the Management Project with demonstrated work experience in the technical aspect of Human Resources, Administrative and Finance.ü Proven capacity to work with and establish working relationship with medium to high-level government and non-government representatives.ü Proven capacity as a team leader.ü Excellent oral and written communication skill in English. Duty Station:  Teluk Bintuni – Papua Barat with Rota system.How to Apply:*  Please submit your application Letter and CV in English.*  Submit to:  [email protected]*  Deadline for Submission is  5 July 2017*  Only the qualified candidate will be proceed.
