Job Overview :

Head of Communications plays a critical role in the conceptualisation, planning and executing the communications strategies of PSPK. He/she will be responsible for developing and implementing communications plans, executing events to enchance PSPK’s visibility, reputation and impact with the audience, mainly the government stakeholders, funders and donors as well as the general public.

This role requires strategic thinking, creative vision, and strong leadership to effectively engage stakeholders and communicate PSPK’s mission.

Job requirement

1. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
2. Proven experience in managing communications, public relations, event management or related roles, preferably in the nonprofit sector.
3. Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
4. Excellent english written and verbal communications skills.
5. Demonstrated ability to think strategically, creatively, and analytically to solve complex communications challenges.
6. Self starter, independent and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
7. Ability to manage a team members with different skill set.
8. Proficiency in digital communications tools, social media platform, and content management system.
