Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Workshop Coordinator/Event Lead Consultant to support the preparation and delivery of a one-day multi-stakeholder workshop in Jakarta focused on strengthening collaboration among government, private sector, civil society, and community actors in addressing plastic waste management and circular economy commitments in Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, contact, and secure qualified panelists in line with the approved Terms of Reference.
• Design and ensure an outcome-oriented workshop process aligned with stated objectives.
• Recruit and coordinate supporting personnel (moderator, facilitators, MC, note-takers, technical operator).
• Map, invite, and confirm participation of relevant stakeholders across sectors.
• Oversee smooth implementation of the workshop and prepare a brief post-event summary.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience organizing multi-stakeholder workshops or policy dialogues.
• Strong network across government, private sector, and civil society in Indonesia.
• Understanding of plastic waste management, circular economy, or environmental governance is an advantage.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
