Relief has provided ongoing disaster relief in Indonesia. Since that time, World Relief has shifted to long-term development programs aimed toward improving family and community relationships, improving nutrition-related behaviors, increasing awareness and
protection against HIV, reducing violence against women and children, and enabling communities to serve the vulnerable among them in transformational development.

GENERAL FUNCTION: 

The purpose of this post is to coordinate the field implementation and management of Selaksa program as directed
by Senior Agriculture Technical Officer.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate and cooperate with other staff members, village facilitators, agent villages and all the parties involved in the program activities.
• Assist the team in applying Selaksa planting/farming technique of coffee, cocoa and cashew in the designated area.
• Cooperate with senior personnel in the organizations.
• Maintain relationship with technical officer, village facilitators, farmers and village agents.
• Submit weekly activity report.

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS:

Minimum skills, education and experience required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or related major
• 0-1 year related working experience
• Mastery of MS Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Honest, hard worker, and have initiative
• Have C driving license
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-culturally
• Able to work in difficult environmental conditions
• Willing to be located in Lombok Utara, NTB

Preferences, but not required:

• Preferably able to speak in local language Lombok/Sasak/Bayan KLU
• Able to speak and write in English
