Relief has shifted to long-term development programs aimed toward improving family and community relationships, improving nutrition-related behaviors, increasing awareness and protection against HIV, reducing violence against women and children, and enabling
communities to serve the vulnerable among them in transformational development.

GENERAL FUNCTION:
To assist the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of Selaksa activities in accordance with the
objective and schedule as directed by Project Officer.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and prepare for the implementation activities in designated areas according to the timeline of the project.
- Monitor the usage of the training modules and implementation according to the timeline of the project.
- Maintain relationships with all stakeholders of the program in designated area to represent World Relief.
- Coordinate with other village facilitators, local government and community leaders to support project activities in designated areas.
- Submit weekly activity report to the Project Officer.
- Carry out any relevant duties as requested by Project Officer.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
Minimum skills, education and experience required:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree of related major
- 1-year field experience in Community Development, preferably from international NGO
- Good organizing skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Computer literate especially Ms Word & Power Point
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-culturally
- Good communication and networking skills
- A team player with good interpersonal skills
- Able to handle and guard confidential information sensitively and discretely
- Have driving license SIM C
Preferences, but not required:
- Ability to speak in local language
- Able to speak and write in English
