THE POSITION

LOCATION: UBUD, BALI

The HR Fellow will work closely with HR Manager to provide support in improving HR database and also other HR and Operations activities. Among other things, the scope of work will include employee data management, provide support for visa, work permit and operations process.

REQUIREMENTS

• Indonesian national with a relevant university degree 
• Minimum 2 years experience in administrative role
• Mature with ability to manage emotions
• Strong communications skills
• Ability to perform to a high level under limited supervision
• Ability to work in an international and interdisciplinary environment
• Excellent communication skills in English and in Indonesian
• Fully computer literate and willing to use personal laptop for work
• Positive attitude, hard-working, reliable, motivated, and passionate about social impact

 RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist HR team in document management and correspondence
• Assist on visas and work permits matter for expatriate staff
• Undertake all necessary support related to liaison and reporting activities
• Provide admin support for operations team related to travel and leave management
