300 local professionals, and programming in Child Protection, Education, Health and Nutrition, Disaster Risk Reduction, and Humanitarian Response.  We are currently seeking to fill the following position:

ADMIN AND LOGISTIC OFFICER

1 position, based in North Jakarta

Code : ALO-NJ

ROLE PURPOSE:

The Admin and Logistic Officer is accountable to the North Jakarta Program Manager with strong dotted line to Head Quarter’s (HQ) Logistic Manager.

S/he will conduct effective administrative and logistic services for all projects under North Jakarta sub-office; which includes asset management, fleet management, storage management, and procurement for both emergencies and development
programming contexts. S/he will also appointed as the Human Resources Focal Point for North Jakarta sub-office.
