Advocacy and Campaigns Director

Save the Children, the world’s top independent charity for children in need, in partnership with Yayasan Sayangi Tunas Cilik, works in
eleven provinces in Indonesia to achieve breakthroughs in children’s survival, education and protection.
Advocacy and Campaigns Directoris a key position, working as a part of the top leadership team in providing overall vision and strategic direction for Save the Children in Indonesia and contributing to achievement of positive
changes in children’s lives. Specifically, the Director will develop and implement targeted advocacy strategies and campaigns aimed at fostering strong engagement and awareness on children’s issues by the government, institutions and public. The Director will
lead on achieving Save the Children’s objective to become a campaigning organization and increase our profile and visibility as the leading child rights organization in Indonesia.
Requirements: Masters
Degree in Social Science, Development Studies, Law, Public
Policy or equivalent, minimum of 5 years advocacy experience in a corporate or an NGO environment, with experience in successfully leading the development and implementation of advocacy strategies from national down to district level, as well as high profile
campaigns.
