ROLE PURPOSE:

The CRG Program Manager will lead all activities of the Strengthened Civil Society & Inclusive and Empowered Youth (CREATIVE) Project and Integrated Child Centre- Corporate Social Responsibility
(JUARA) Project in West Java Province.  This will include ensuring all program activities are implemented according to plan and at a high-level of quality; all reporting and planning is completed; all communications are completed in a timely and accurate manner;
coordination with key external stakeholders; all child safeguarding controls are enforced; and financial and administrative management adheres to Save the Children and Donors policies, regulations, and good practices.  S/he will also actively participate on
the Extended Senior Management Team (ESMT) and systematically share project knowledge within Save the Children in Indonesia.
