fighting for children’s rights, saving their lives and providing hope for brighter futures worldwide.  Save the Children’s programs in Indonesia is implemented by Yayasan Sayangi Tunas Cilik. We currently work in eleven provinces, have staff of approximately
300 local professionals, and programming in Child Protection, Education, Health and Nutrition, Disaster Risk Reduction, and Humanitarian Response.  We are currently seeking to fill the following position:

ROLE PURPOSE:

·        
The Senior Project Officer Literacy Boost project will be responsible for overall project management and implementation of all activities in target Schools, maintain good relationship with
local government and other stakeholders in Kupang, NTT district. S/he will ensure that all activities included in the implementation plan are implemented and literacy outcomes are assessed. 

·        
S/he will be responsible for the financial, programmatic implementation and monitoring of all project activities, and the development of the project work plan. 

·        
S/he will also produce information to the Jakarta office for programmatic reports and work with National Literacy Boots Specialist. 

·        
S/he will report to the
Senior Eastern Indonesia Manager and be supported by a small finance and administration team in Kupang, NTT.
