Yayasan Sayangi Tunas Cilik seeks Consultant for Supportive Supervision and Infant and Young Child Feeding Training
Save the Children in Indonesia is changing for the better. We’ve begun to build a national organisation that aims to be a strong, local,
and self-sustaining voice for children in Indonesia namely Yayasan Sayangi Tunas Cilik Tunas Cilik. To this end, Yayasan has been designated as a “Prospect Member of Save the Children” which focuses on strengthening and localizing our voice for children in
strategic middle income countries. Currently Save the Children’s programs in Indonesia is implemented by Yayasan Sayangi Tunas Cilik. We work in eleven provinces, have staff of
approximately 300 local professionals, and programming in Child Protection, Education, Health and Nutrition, Disaster Risk Reduction, and Humanitarian Response. We are currently seeking to fill the following position:
Position :Consultant
Quality Assurance for Supportive Supervision and Infant and Young Child Feeding Training
Consultant will work closely with BADUTA* team and partners. The responsibilities are:
1.
Providing technical assistance to ensure quality of project implementation in the area of maternal, infant and young child nutrition, also strengthen the capacities
of program team, target communities, and local government
2.
Lead Workshop on Lesson Learnt IYCF Training and Implementation
3.
Lead Supportive Supervision to trained Health Workers
4.
Act as the technical person to BADUTA Project in Sidoarjo and Malang districts.
5.
Contribute to technical discussion with Project stakeholders before and During Mini University
6.
Liaise with PDQ team at CO, working closely with Sr PM Health and MEAL team, also involve in communication with TA from SCNL, or accompany potential visit
from donor or CO team
7.
Reporting, both for consultancy report as well as contribute in development of project report
