ROLE PURPOSE:

Ensure that projects are monitored regularly, meeting objectives and of high quality. Setting up mechanisms to ensure that communities and children have a voice in the implementation of SC programming. Ensuring that learning generated by
SC activities is captured and disseminated to all stakeholders
