 Project
Summary: 

The USAID/Indonesia Monitoring & Evaluation Support project is
a three-year Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) support project based in
Jakarta and will provide assistance to the entire USAID Mission portfolio,
including implementing partners, local partners and Government of Indonesia
stakeholders.  The project includes three
components:  Performance monitoring,
Collaborating, Learning, and Adapting, and Evaluation and Technical Assistance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

·        
Clean and tidy up office rooms
and office equipment before and after office hours;

·        
Keep environment inside and outside
office in clean condition;

·        
Give help to make photocopies of
documents;

·        
Give help if there is workshop
activity, etc;

·        
Serve drinks & food to
visitors;

·        
Wash dishes;

·        
Turn off and on the lights as
necessary;

·        
Dealing with queries or requests from the visitors and
employees;

·        
Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment;

·        
Assist in listing and checking office inventories;

·        
Perform courier services of documents to addressees.
