Job Description

1. Together with the planning supervisor and M&E staff, develop a supervision schedule to monitor data coverage and quality and other findings,
2. Review draft feedback reports for each implementing partner and discuss them with the planning supervisor and program division,
3. Together with M&E staff and the program division follow up on the findings obtained from the data management activities mentioned above,
4. Manage all monitoring and evaluation activities,
5. Analyze the achievements against the targets set out in the Performance Framework,
6. Monitor the implementation of annual monev activities,
7. Facilitate implementing partners in making implementation plans in accordance with work plans, activity plans and targets that have been set,
8. Together with the Planning and M&E Manager, Planning Supervisor and program division, conduct an analysis of the program that has been running and establish a follow-up plan strategy for the next 6 months, Preferably those who have experience working in the health sector, especially HIV/AIDS.

Job Requirements

1. At least 10 years in the field of health M&E especially HIV/AIDS
2. Ability to conduct studies/research; review and analyze reports and data; present information and periodic reports.
3. Coordinate and cooperate, both internally and externally.
4. Have the attitude and behavior: Conscientious, Independent, objective, analytical, communicative and social-minded.
5. More preferable have an experience with an international donor.
6. Excellent integrity
7. Willing to go out of town
8. Can use data software
9. Able to operate Microsoft office (Excel, doc, Power Point,,etc)
10. Able to speak and write well in English
11. Skilled in using computers and the internet
