Kaleka, previously known as Inobu, is an Indonesian non-profit research institute established in 2014. Kaleka’s collaborative applied research is intended to inform policy and design innovations that leads to the sustainable and equitable production of commodities and use of natural resources. Key of Responsibilities
  • Supervising daily transactions (bank payments, expense report verification, incoming cash).
  • Maintain and control expense report database and employee payable/receivable to ensure timely submission & settlement.
  • Ensure project financial report are prepared & submitted in a timely manner.
  • Provide support to other teams to ensure compliance with financial SOPs.
  • Keep track of archives & compliance to SOPs.
  • Provide assistance to Managers & Directors during financial audit process.
  • Provide other relevant support as required.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in accounting, financial management or relevant discipline from a reputable university, holding a master’s degree is an advantage.
  • 2 – 3 years of experience in a finance team at a nonprofit organization, prior experience as an auditor in an accounting firm is a plus.
  • Demonstrate good theoretical & practical knowledge in bookkeeping, taxation, financial reporting & accounting standards.
  • Skilled in team leadership, target delivery under tight deadline with attention to detail.
  • Excellent command of English, both written & spoken.
