Procurement of 7,687 school kits through Cash Voucher Assistance mechanisms that will be implemented across 49 locations in Lembata Island, in Nusa Tenggara Timur Province.

Tender Overview

Plan Indonesia will procure 7,687 School Kits using Cash Voucher Assistance mechanisms, which involve exchanging vouchers at designated bazaars. Each voucher can be redeemed for goods valued at IDR 150,000.

The bazaars will take place in 49 locations across 79 villages within 5 sub-districts of Lembata Regency. Please note that Plan Indonesia is not obligated to purchase the specific quantity mentioned above; the actual quantity procured will depend on the cash redemption during the bazaars and the subsequent reconciliation between Plan Indonesia and the suppliers following the distribution.

To ensure a sufficient supply of School Kits, the supplier must provide goods to cover 30% of the total item quantity. This measure is intended to address any quantity gaps among the participating suppliers, especially with the expectation that a minimum of five suppliers will be involved in the bazaar distribution.
