As part of our GESI Unit, Novirianti & Partners has been appointed by the Indonesia Business Coalition for Women Empowerment (IBCWE) as the research consultant for the Employer-Supported Childcare (ESC) in Indonesia project.
In addition, we are also engaged in various childcare-related programs under donor-funded development initiatives. We are currently seeking an Intermittent Policy Analyst to support our research and policy analysis on childcare issues.

Eligibility Requirements
• Holds at least a bachelor’s degree in Law, Public Policy, or related field.
• Prior experience in policy research is preferred.
• Familiarity with gender equality, women’s empowerment, or childcare policy is an advantage.
• Excellent legal and report writing skills in both English and Indonesian
