Marketing and Administrative Coordinator (MAC)

The Indonesian International Education Foundation (IIEF) is a not-for-profit organization specializing in scholarship management and international education through the management of numerous scholarship programs sponsored by various international donors and funding organizations, and the administration of international assessments and professional certifications. IIEF (http://www.iief.or.id) is a local partner organization of the Institute of International Education (IIE) (http://www.iie.org), one of the world’s largest and most experienced international education and professional exchange organizations, based in New York.

Position Summary

A Marketing and Administrative Coordinator role is a dual position that involves developing and executing marketing campaigns while also supporting and coordinating with teachers to enhance the educational experience. This position will support Partnership and Program Development Manager (PPDM) to promote workforce training and preparation course program under IIEF and to find potential participants to be enrolled at IIEF workforce training and preparation course program. IIEF workforce training and preparation course program consists of preparation course for study abroad such as GRE, GMAT, SAT, ACT, IB/AP/IGCSE tutoring class private or group class, university counselling program, and training to support potential migrant workers to increase their English capacity. This position will lease and approach migrant workers recruiters, International and National Senior High School, Universities to promote IIEF Training and Preparation Course program. This position will also arrange school visit for engagement, approach client through online/offline promotions with school counsellor, students and their parents like webinar, coffee talks, etc. This position will also maintain relationship with migrant workers recruiter institutions, parents/ school counsellor, student services maintenance, and getting referrals from current or pass clients.

As a teacher coordinator, He/She will be responsible to oversee administrative activities related to workforce training, preparation course, and university counselling programs, which includes curriculum development, teacher support and training, and administrative tasks like scheduling and student record-keeping. Key responsibilities include developing instructional materials, ensuring alignment with educational standards, assessing program effectiveness, and serving as a liaison between teachers, administration, and students or parents.

The role requires a mix of creative, administrative, and educational support skills.

Main responsibilities

  • Strategy and execution: Assist in developing and implementing sales promoting strategy, including assist in creating and managing campaigns across various platforms like social media, email, and advertising to promote preparation course under IIEF.
  • Performance analysis: Track and analyze sales metrics to monitor sales progress.
  • Sales research: conduct research on potential training participants, students/parents and develop engagement strategy.
  • Event coordination: Help organize and coordinate marketing events, such as edu fair, mini fair, etc.
  • Instructional support: Provide instructional guidance to teachers and assist in curriculum development or the creation of learning materials.
  • Professional development: Coordinate and support professional development opportunities for teachers.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between teachers and administration, facilitating meetings and communicating important information.
  • Resource management: Coordinate resources and support teachers with classroom needs or administrative tasks.
  • Data analysis: Analyze student performance data to help identify areas for improvement and inform instructional strategies.
  • Ensuring the quality of preparing program through monitoring the performance of students and teacher capacity in delivering the preparation course material.

Competencies

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor Degree in Management, Social Science, and Marketing.
  • More than 15 years of handling marketing, direct sales, and stakeholder engagement in higher education agency.
  • Have experiences in developing the preparation course (SAT, GRE, GMAT) and university counselling program for Bachelor Degree, Master, and PhD Program.
  • Experience in handling preparation course in education agency.
  • Proficiency in negotiation and retention techniques
  • Having knowledge of sales and marketing concepts is a plus
  • Demonstrated an adaptable and flexible communication style with users
  • Enjoy communicating with parents and children
  • A strong desire to achieve a predetermined goal
  • Long-life learner, tough and persistence person.
