This role will lead the technical planning and implementation of the pilot crab aquaculture project, including stakeholder coordination, training facilitation, system design, and community mobilization to support the adoption of small-scale, climate-adaptive aquaculture systems that can serve as complementary livelihood opportunities for coastal communities, especially women and fishers affected by declining crab stocks.

The coordinator will work closely with technical experts, local government (DKP), and fisher groups to ensure the aquaculture pilot is effectively implemented, technically sound, and aligned with ecological, social, and economic sustainability principles.

The project aims to strengthen BSC governance in West Java and expand its economic opportunities by making the fishery more climate-adaptive, inclusive, and resilient.

  • Coordinate with the monitoring and evaluation team to support donor and partner reporting.

Qualifications
