The ASEAN Foundation invites qualified and independent audit firms to submit proposals for the 2025 Annual General Audit.

Scope of Work
The appointed auditor will conduct an external audit of ASEAN Foundation’s financial statements for Fiscal Year 2025 (1 January – 31 December 2025) in accordance with International Auditing Standards, covering:
• Operational, endowment, and project funds
• Procurement, human resources, assets & inventory, travel expenditure, income, and expense recognition
• Assessment of internal controls, accounting systems, and compliance
• Issuance of Audit Report and Management Letter, including risk-based findings (High / Medium / Low)

 Eligibility & Qualifications

1. Interested firms must:
   • Be a registered and licensed audit firm
   • Have proven experience auditing international organisations or not-for-profit entities
   • Demonstrate independence and absence of conflict of interest
   • Have audit team members with relevant professional qualifications
   • Possess working knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia, as some supporting documents may not be in English
2.  Proposal Requirements
   Proposals should include:
   • Firm background and relevant experience
   • Proposed audit team and key personnel
   • Audit approach and methodology
   • At least three relevant references
   • Financial proposal (in USD or IDR with stated conversion rate)
3.  Important Dates
   • Submission deadline: Thursday, 11 February 2026
   • Audit period: January–December 2025
   • Final Audit Report: 26 June 2026
