Greenpeace SEA is looking for Regional Retention and Development
Coordinator
Position Summary :
The role’s major responsibility is to develop our retention system that
saves, recaptures, reactivates and upgrades our donors.
Another key responsibility is to drive the regional lead conversion
Telemarketing programs to generate new regular donors.
As Greenpeace has a policy of not soliciting funds from corporations or
governments, we are reliant on the support of individuals for all the funds
to carry out our environmental campaigns.
The Fundraising Department’s goal is:
Ensure GPSEA’s steady growth and sustainability to enable the organization
to fulfill its responsibilities as a Powershift office.
Specifically, our goals are to:
· Ensure steady growth in FR income
· Improve supporter retention
· Consolidate existing resources, optimize efficiencies
to maximize savings and reduce wastage in total expenditures
· Develop and implement nimble monitoring and rolling
forecasting tools,
· Explore growth potential i.e. FR in new
markets/countries in the region
The Regional Retention and Development Coordinator will support the fast
growing and change needs from the Greenpeace Southeast Asia regional
office.
