Position: Accounting and Finance Officer

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting records and ensure accuracy of financial reporting.

• Handle financial transactions, bank reconciliation, and cash flow monitoring.

• Prepare and submit tax reports in compliance with Indonesian regulations.

• Support budgeting, financial planning, and expenditure monitoring.

• Prepare financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and donor/partner requirements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in accounting and finance.

• Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations.

• Proficiency in accounting software and Ms Office.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and integrity.

• Good communication skills in English (is a must) and Indonesia.
