Construction Supervisor (Garut / Batam / Sumatera Barat)

Yayasan Habitat Kemanusiaan Indonesia is looking for motivated applicants Socializing the HFH program to target groups; empowering target group communities to alleviate poverty in their areas holistically especially those related to construction, infrastructure development; and/or handling housing according to the vision and mission of the organization.

Job Description

  1. Constructing buildings, supervising the work of builders and contractors, checking materials, making RAB, etc.
  2. Socializing of the HFH program in target communities.
  3. Empowering community committees and community members to advocate for assistance, training and empowerment from.
  4. Work with Community Organizer to empower communities in construction, infrastructure development, and disaster management.
  5. Designing projects to address issues related to construction as well as regional infrastructure.

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering / architecture major.
  2. Preferably to have a minimum of 1 year’s work experience in the construction field.
  3. Ability in using CAD program or other program software related to design/construction.
  4. Able to work effectively and independently.
  5. Ability good communication skills.
  6. Ability good leadership skills.
  7. Have capacity to develop HFH program.
  8. Able commitment to practice the principles of HFH.
  9. Have high integrity and honesty.
  10. Have knowledge in whole construction of simple house aspects.
  11. Domicile in Project Area Habitat.
