IIEF (www.iief.or.id) is an Indonesian foundation (Yayasan) with more than 40 years of experience managing various in-country and international scholarship and training programs on behalf of various donor institutions. IIEF develops its expertise in four core areas, i.e.: (i) Scholarship Management, (ii) Capacity Development Initiatives (e.g.: leadership, university partnership, internship, entrepreneurship, NGO capacity building, etc.), (iii) Services to Education, and (iv) Testing and Certification.

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a detail-oriented National Exam Administrator to support the coordination and execution of standardized examination activities, including preparing exam logistics, ensuring compliance with procedures and security standards, managing documentation and participant data, and coordinating with internal teams, proctors, and external partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support team leader to coordinate the end-to-end execution of national offline examinations to ensure exams are conducted in accordance with established SOPs and security standards.
• Prepare operational readiness, including scheduling, procurement, task allocation, and examination facilities preparation.
• Prepare post-exam reports, including findings, issues, and improvement recommendations. comply with IIEF procedure.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: minimum S1 in any major.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in exam coordination, large-scale event operations, or field operations.
• Familiarity with procurement process, general finance & administration task including basic taxation, strong collaborative working ability, and good communication skills with clients and supervisors.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong understanding of examination procedures, supervision standards, and operational risk management.
