The Annika Linden Centre (ALC) is a centre of excellence for nonprofit work and social entrepreneurship and is home to three exceptional disability organisations, based in Bali, Indonesia, acting as a centre for disability and impact. Role: Fundraising and Partnership Associate

The Fundraising and Partnership Associate will support the Annika Linden Centre’s mission by coordinating activities across four key areas: fundraising, relationship building, events, and public exposure. This role is ideal for someone organised, collaborative, and passionate about social impact and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Fundraising
  • Assist in the implementation of fundraising strategies to secure financial support for the Annika Linden Centre and its partner organisations.
  • Conduct research to identify potential donors, funding opportunities, and grant schemes aligned with the Centre’s mission.
  • Support the preparation of donor proposals, reports, and presentation materials.
  1. Relationship Building
  • Coordinate communication and engagement with donors, partners, businesses, and non-profit organisations, both in Indonesia and internationally.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of stakeholder engagement and support follow-up communication.
  • Support the development and nurturing of strategic partnerships with local companies, international agencies, and community stakeholders.
  1. Event Support
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, donor visits, partnership activities, and other events hosted at the Annika Linden Centre.
  • Ensure the Centre provides a welcoming, accessible, and professional environment during all hosted events and site visits.
  • Support internal teams and external partners to deliver inclusive and impactful events.
  1. Exposure and Visibility
  • Assist in improving the visibility of the Annika Linden Centre through digital and offline channels.
  • Support content creation and social media activity to highlight the Centre’s work, partnerships, and impact stories.
  • Contribute to outreach initiatives that promote the Centre as a hub for disability inclusion in Indonesia.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Indonesian national with a Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, international relations, English, marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, written and spoken.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in fundraising, partnerships, communications, or event support — ideally in the social impact, health, or disability sectors.
  • Familiarity with donor engagement, CSR, or non-profit organisations is an asset.
  • Well-organised, adaptable, and committed to inclusion and accessibility.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
