About the Position

The Fundraising and Partnership Manager will lead the partnership-building, fundraising, and outreach efforts to forge a stronger, more cohesive disability-inclusive sector in Bali and Indonesia, through Inspirasia Foundation/Annika Linden Centre. This position will also be part of the team to grow Inspirasia Foundation’s structure and work in Bali. Inspirasia Foundation is a private grantmaking foundation with 20 years of experience of giving internationally with a big focus in Bali and across Southeast Asia. The Fundraising and Partnership Manager reports to the Managing Director (MD).

Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties include but not limited to:

  1. Financial growth strategy
    – Together with the Managing Director, develop and execute a comprehensive 3-5 year financial and partnership strategy to sustain and advance the Centre for Disability at the Annika Linden Centre.
    – Conduct thorough research to identify potential funding sources available to bolster the Indonesian Disability sector through the Annika Linden Centre.
    – Prepare compelling funding and partnership proposals aimed at advancing our Disability-inclusive priorities.
  2. Brand recognition and exposure
    – Work closely with the Managing Director to devise and implement a communication strategy aimed at enhancing brand recognition and visibility for the Annika Linden Centre and Inspirasia Foundation.
    – Create engaging communication, promotion, and campaign materials to raise awareness about our Disability-inclusion initiatives and the broader work undertaken by our affiliated organizations.
  3. Relationship building
    – Cultivate strong relationships with Indonesian and regional corporates as well as international agencies to secure both financial and non-financial support for the Indonesian
    Disability sector through Annika Linden Centre/Inspirasia Foundation.
  4. Capacity building
    – Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team at Annika Linden Centre/Inspirasia Foundation and its affiliated organizations.
    – Identify opportunities for capacity building and create an enabling environment to empower the team to effectively carry out their roles and responsibilities.
  5. Collaboration and Coordination
    – Collaborate closely with donors, supporters, and all organizations within the Annika Linden Centre/Inspirasia Foundation and its affiliated organizations, ensuring that Disability-inclusion remains at the forefront of our collective efforts.
    – Coordinate activities and initiatives with the Annika Linden Centre/Inspirasia Foundation and its affiliated organizations to maximize impact and ensure alignment with our shared Disability-inclusion objectives.

Job Requirements

  1. Indonesian nationality with Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, communications,
    international relations, development, marketing, or related field.
  2. Impeccable written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia, plus experience working
    with Indonesians and foreigners.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to create
    compelling proposals and materials.
  4. Adequate skills in graphic design
  5. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in developing and implementing fundraising,
    partnership, and communication strategies.
  6. Experience with the Indonesian social sector or health and disability, donor strategies,
    corporate social responsibility, funding instruments, and contract administration.
  7. Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute long-term plans to achieve
    organizational goals
  8. Results-focused and have a strong drive and passion for making the world a better place.
  9. Strong cross-cultural skills and versatility in dealing with different types of partnerships.
