The Role

DT Global is recruiting two Program Support Officers for Corporate team to provide administrative and operational support across multiple programs and teams.

The Program Support Officer (PSO) plays a key role in supporting effective program delivery by providing high-level administrative and operational assistance. Working closely with program management and in-country teams, the PSO ensures smooth coordination of activities such as contracting, procurement, travel, financial tracking, and logistics, contributing to the overall success and efficiency of programs.

About You

You are a highly organised and proactive Program Support Officer with experience providing high-level administrative and operational support to program teams, ideally within international development or a related environment. You are comfortable coordinating logistics, supporting finance and contracting processes, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with organisational policies and quality management systems. You communicate clearly, work well in diverse and cross-cultural teams, manage multiple priorities effectively, and demonstrate strong attention to detail, integrity, and a commitment to delivering high-quality support that enables successful program delivery.

Essential

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (international development, project management, or related field advantageous).
  • 1–3 years’ experience providing administrative or program/project support, preferably in international development or a similar context.
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn corporate systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.

Desirable

  • Experience supporting finance processes (invoices, expense claims, fund requests, budget tracking).
  • Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, contracting, or personnel administration.
  • Experience managing travel, visa, and logistics arrangements.
  • Experience working in cross-cultural or multi-country environments.
  • Willingness to take on varied and ad hoc tasks to support program delivery.
