WFP is seeking to identify and pre-qualify technically experienced construction firms to undertake the construction of central kitchen facilities in selected districts of Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) province. Each central kitchen will serve as a hub for preparing and distributing hot meals to targeted schools in surrounding areas. The facilities must meet food safety, operational efficiency, and sustainability standards.

This Request for Expression of Interest (EOI) aims to identify qualified construction firms with the technical expertise, financial capacity, relevant experience, and established operations in NTT to carry out the construction of central kitchens and associated infrastructure, including boreholes and parking areas that meet food safety, operational efficiency, and sustainability standards.

Shortlisted contractors will be invited to participate in the bidding process for future tenders to undertake design and construction works, subject to their demonstrated capacity.

Job Requirements

Interested construction firms must meet the following minimum requirements that are detailed in:

1. Annex 1 – Bidder Capacity Questionnaire, the information including:

• Valid business registration and construction licenses in Indonesia
• Proven experience in similar construction projects (preferably construction of building, vertical structure and a food processing center)
• Demonstrated financial and technical capacity
• Ability to mobilize resources in NTT Province

2. Annex 2 – Project Experience Forms
3. Annex 3 – Supplier Registration/Payment Detail Form
4. Annex 4 – Disability Inclusiveness Questionnaire Form

The shortlisted Contractors will be invited to participate in the bidding process for future tenders to carry out construction works, as per their available capacity.

Interested construction firms are encouraged to carefully read the Bidder Capacity Questionnaire before submitting their Expression of Interest. The questionnaire should be completed in full as part of the submission.

All submissions must be in English.

Incomplete applications or submissions from firms/companies not offering construction services will not be considered.
