1. INTRODUCTION

Jhpiego is an international, non-profit health organization affiliated with The Johns Hopkins University.  For 50 years and in over 150 countries, Jhpiego has worked to improve access to high-quality care to improve health outcomes and save the lives of women and their children.

The purpose of this bidding is to solicit proposals pertaining to purchase of

• Corporate Health Insurance with Coordination of Benefit (COB) with BPJS Kesehatan
• As Charge Only
• And possibly: Life Insurance

Vendor responses should be received at the address below by 16 May 2025 at 14.00 WIB.  Responses received after this date may not be included for our consideration.

Jhpiego  Indonesia Office is seeking proposals for the Health Insurance, ASO & Life Insurance  vendors for FY 2025 – 2026.

List of services needed are as follows:

CORPORATE HEALH INSURANCE

Total Insurance Member : 56 persons

Health Insurance:

• Inpatient for employee and dependents
• Outpatient for employee and dependents (including Annual Medical Check Up for employee)
• Dental for employee and dependents
• Maternity for employee and dependents
• Optical for employee

Life Insurance ;

Providing a specific lump sump to the employee for life protection.

Other terms required:

Health Insurance:

1. Able to provide a 100% Cashless system for Hospital Network Provider and Reimbursement for non-provider, COB BPJS Kesehatan
2. Wide network of hospital provider
3. 24 hours Customer Service Assistant & Dedicated CSA/Claim Analyst
4. The rate proposed should include all taxes
5. Attached Details Benefits

Life Insurance

• Provides Maximum Amount of IDR 100,000,000,- throughout 1 year contract period
• Total Member : 29  persons

4. GENERAL GUIDELINES

• Authorized dependents are an employee’s spouse and children who are no more than 25 years of age with maximum 3 children.
• Life Insurance provides for employee only
