Background :

Jaringan Indonesia Positif (JIP), with the support of APCASO, invites applications for a Videographer Consultant Team or Individual to provide documentation support for the event : Securing the Future of  TB Response and Pandemic Preparedness & Response (PPR): Asia-Pacific Dialogue on Sustainability, Financing, and Community Engagement in Jakarta.

Duration of Work :

10 Working Days (10 – 23 October 2025)

Jakarta, Indonesia

Duties & Responsibilities :

Under the supervision of JIP, Videographer Consultant must perform and carry out tasks :

1. Developing visual documentation concepts (Video, Flow, Interview List, Shot List).
2. Filming the entire series of activities (Opening, Panel, FGD, Networking, Closing).
3. Conducting short video interviews with Key Stakeholders.
4. Providing real-time short videos for daily social media publication.
5. Editing main videos, short videos, and testimonials.
6. Coordinate with JIP Team to ensure the narrative aligns with the event objectives.

Qualifications :

1. Proven experience in photography and videography, particularly in organizational, NGO, or, event settings.
2. Proficiency in photo and video editing software (Adobe Premiere/Final Cut/DaVinci/Photoshop/Lightroom; etc.)
3. Own professional equipment (Camera, Lighting, Drone Operation is an advantage).
4. Creative, communicative, and able to work under tight deadlines.
5. Willing to work intensively during the event period.
6. Ability to communicate effectively in English (both written and spoken).
