We are looking for a Part-Time Xero Finance Specialist, with following job descriptions:

1. Financial Reporting & Supervision

• Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial statements and reports using Xero
• Monitor daily financial transactions and ensure timely reconciliation of accounts
• Implement and maintain effective internal controls within Xero
• Assist in the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models
• Report regularly to the management on financial status and risks
• Update and prepare up to six months of projections of cash flow for the management every two weeks. This includes, checking monthly expenses and updating them, incoming contract payments etc.

2. Monthly tax reporting

• Supervise the preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports in accordance with local regulations
• Liaise with external tax consultants and auditors when required
• Ensure all tax filings are accurate and submitted on time

Compensation & Benefits

• Remuneration will be between IDR 5 – 8 million, depending on qualifications and work experience

Job Requirements

1. Good communication in English is a must
2. Good knowledge of Xero
3. Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting/Tax reporting
4. Experience in tax planning
5. Experience in budget planning
6. Proven ability of communication with teams
7. A tax certificate is a plus
