Job Description:

• Ensure project activities are carried out on time and effectively in line with the approved work plan.
• Supervise, support, and mentor project staff to achieve performance targets and build team cohesion.
• Represent the project in coordination meetings with local government, community leaders, and partner organizations.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and prepare regular reports for management and donors.
• Promote inclusive participation and maintain strong relationships with target communities.
• Ensure all activities adhere to donor guidelines, organizational policies, and applicable regulations.
• Oversee the efficient and transparent use of project resources.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Renewable Energy, Agroforestry, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in development programs, including at least 3 years in team management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with multi-stakeholder partnerships and rural communities.
• Fluency in Indonesian; proficiency in English required.
• Proven experience managing funds of approximately USD 1 million.
