Job Description

Project Manager of two to three projects in parallel

• Communication with clients
• Conduct analysis, prepare presentations,  and write reports 
• Create project folder structure and update Gantt charts/Project timeline
• Monitoring of working days

ESG Focus

Support the research, analysis, and advisory related to ESG assessment and implementation for clients, including but not limited to:

• Research and analysis on ESG standards, topics, and indicators
• Research on national laws/regulations applied to ESG topics
• Updating news and internal knowledge of the ESG standards nationally and internationally
• Conduct an ESG Gap Analysis assessment 
• Support in the development of ESG consulting for clients

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s or master’s in Environmental Engineering or related engineering, or Social Studies
2. At least 3 years of work experience in research or consulting and ESG analysis (environmental and/or social).
3. Strong English skills (spoken and written), IELTS 5 or above
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and project management tools
5. Familiarity with at least a few of the ESG standards. 
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills
7. Project management experience (prepare timeline, design work package, monitor output and ensure timely deliverables, good coordination)
8. Proactive and able to work independently and in a diverse team
9. Bonus: Experience with data analysis
