To maintain transparency, fairness, and adequate time to prepare your offers, Plan Indonesia will inform all interested Parties of any changes to these key dates and timelines simultaneously and in a timely fashion.

Specification and Scope of Requirement

1. The procurement of 9,868 school kits will be conducted through a cash voucher assistance program, enabling project participants to exchange vouchers at local bazaars.
2. Each project participant will receive a voucher valued at IDR 160.00, which can be exchanged for a school kit at the designated bazaar.
3. The bazaars will be held in each village or may be combined across several villages from five sub-districts in the Timor Tengah Utara Regency.

Submission Checklist

Each Tenderer or member of consortium or sub-contractor may submit only one offer.
