WEI project areas are in Sumatra, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, and other part of Indonesia, with the head office located in Jakarta.

Job Description:
Under the supervision and reports directly to the Executive Director, s/he will be responsible for managing partnership strategies and identifying business opportunities to generate revenue resources and increase client partnerships, includes leading and implementing organization internal and external communication strategies.

Partnership and Communications Manager (PCM) will manage the Partnership and Communications Division and perform the strategies to increase the growth and visibility of Widya Erti Indonesia.

Key responsibilities of Partnership and Communications Manager include but are not limited to:

1. Identify, design and manage integrated partnership, communications and fundraising strategies to support organization’s growth, visibility, and sustainability.
2. Manage Partnership and Communications Division and responsible in team coordination and
3. Research and identify potential donors, partners, and social-business opportunities aligned with WEI’s mission and programs.
4. Responsible in fundraising strategy implementation, including proposal development,initial research, concept notes, proposal management, pitching process, presentation, and team coordination.
5. Establish and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including NGOs, donors, government bodies, and private sector partners and promote trust and understanding
6. Monitor partnership performance and ensure that all parties derive value from the collaboration
7. Manage the participation in relevant networking events, donor forums, and campaigns that support business development objectives.
8. Represent WEI professionally in external meetings, donor forums, and events as
9. Conduct research and analysis on current funding trends and benchmarks in development
10. Working closely with other team members, including managers, program and operations staff, and volunteers, to achieve business development and communication goals.
11. Providing regular reports both on partnership and fundraising progress and communication activities, as well other relevant metrics.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business management, agriculture, forestry, or related
2. At least 5 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or strategic communications, preferably in the NGO or social enterprise sector.
3. Proven experience in managing
4. Excellent interpersonal, networking skills, and writing skills with analytical and problem-solving
5. Highly motivated, energetic, outgoing, and confident in engaging with external partners, donors, and public audiences.
6. Passionate in sustainability, socio-environmental impact, and empowering
7. Proficient in English and Indonesian languages, both written and verbal
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, design applications, and social
