Duty Station

Head Office – Kelapa Gading, Jakarta

Position Summary

Prepare and execute HR administration activities of Gugah Nurani Indonesia, which may include data entry, daily attendance management, database management and other related activities
.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Monitor monthly attendance, overtime and leave staff
  
• 
  

  Ensure the relevant HR database and employee personal files is up to date and accurate.

  
  

• 
  Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves
  
• 
  Process employees requests and provide relevant information related to HR administration
  

• Supports human resources department

Qualifications

• S1/DIII; Preferably in Administration and Management
• Strong Administration Skills
• Able to work accurately, with high attention to detail
• Ability to work under the pressure and multitasking
• Well planned and organized
• Good skill in computer use ( Ms. Office
  
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply, (preferably 6 months experience)
• Fluent in English and Bahasa
