Call for Consultant – Baseline and Need Assessment Study of CERIA Project

Yayasan Plan International Indonesia invites qualified consultants and vendors to participate in the procurement process for Call for Consultant – Baseline and Need Assessment Study of CERIA Project.

The scope of work will cover the following locations: DKI Jakarta: (Jakarta Utara, Jakarta Timur, Jakarta Barat)

The submission must include the following required documents:

1. Expression of Interest (EOI) Letter
   A formal Expression of Interest submitted by either an individual consultant or an organization, indicating their intent to participate in this assignment.
2. Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal
   The proposal must include a comprehensive technical approach and a detailed financial proposal (inclusive of all applicable taxes). The technical proposal shall include, but not be limited to:
   • Objectives of the assignment;
   • Detailed description of the methodology and implementation strategy;
   • Proposed work plan and implementation timeline;
   • Detailed budget breakdown, clearly indicating all cost components and applicable taxes.
3. Comprehensive Implementation Plan
   The proposal must clearly demonstrate a thorough strategy, implementation plan, and overall budget allocation for delivering all activities as specified in the “Expected Deliverables” table.
4. Consultant/Vendor Profile
   The applicant must provide a profile that includes:
   • A portfolio of relevant assignments previously undertaken, including details of past clients or beneficiaries;
   • Curriculum Vitae (CV) of key personnel proposed for the assignment, clearly outlining their qualifications, roles, and key responsibilities within this project.
