If you have:
- Minimum of Master degree on the relevant area of Higher Education (Education, higher education or any relevant education degree), Agriculture (Agriculture or any relevant agriculture degree) and Energy (Electrical Engineering or any relevant technical degree);
- Possess more than 7 years of experience working in the International Multilateral and/or Bilateral Organization;
- Deep knowledge of project management;
- Possess the capacity to lead and work in multidisciplinary teams and across boundaries;
- Good computer literacy;
- Good negotiation skills; and
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
