Prestasi Junior Indonesia is part of one of the world’s largest youth-serving NGOs, Junior Achievement (JA) Worldwide, which focuses on preparing young people for employment and entrepreneurship.

Prestasi Junior Indonesia is currently seeking 2 Junior Program Officers to be based in Jakarta and Bandung.

Junior Program Officer will work to administer the financial literacy program. Primary tasks range from program preparation to program reporting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the financial literacy program, both digital and offline, are established according to the plan and in a timely manner.
• Monitor program execution to ensure alignment with the plan, budget, and timeline.
• Evaluate the progress of the program.
• Provide program reports to the program coordinator, using agreed-upon formats.
• Perform administrative tasks related to the program.
• Maintain positive relations with beneficiaries, such as schools, teachers, and students.
• Coordinate with staff peer (other program officers) on specific program activities.
• Support other program officers in executing specific program activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or computer science is preferable
• Excellent administration and data input skills.
• Strong communications skills
• Self-starter with flexibility to undertake diverse tasks.
• A relevant university degree. Preferred majors include education and economy.
• Familiar with digital learning or learning management systems would be an advantage.
• Exposure to voluntary activities would be a plus.
• Knowledge of financial literacy program beneficial.
• Proficient in English, both written and oral.
• Contract Period: June 2024-May 2025
• Placement: 1 staff in Jakarta & 1 staff in Bandung
