REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) NOTICE 

1. The Millennium Challenge Account – Indonesia II (MCA-Indonesia II), acting as the implementing entity for the Compact Program, hereby invites interested vendors to respond to this Request for Information (RFI) for the MSME Finance Project. The purpose of this RFI is to gather market feedback on the proposed design and implementation approach for strengthening Indonesia’s MSME ecosystem, including MSME capacity building, Financial Service Provider (FSP) strengthening, and improved access to finance. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. Participation in this RFI is not a prerequisite for participation in any future procurement process, nor does it offer any advantage.
