Yayasan Mercy Corps Indonesia (YMCI) is a local foundation that implements humanitarian assistance and development programs throughout Indonesia. YMCI’s mission is to empower communities in Indonesia to become healthy, productive, and resilient communities.

Yayasan Mercy Corps Indonesia is seeking a Health Insurance Provider for Mercy Corps Indonesia employees and the providers should have a proven background in this area and meet the qualification as below:

• The insurance company is registered with the OJK (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan)
• Have at least 10 (ten) years’ experience in managing health insurance products.
• Have financial stability with a Risk Based Capital (RBC) ratio that meets the minimum requirements set by OJK.

If you are interested in submitting a bid, you will need to complete an Intent to Bid Form and submit it according to the guidelines below.

Completed Intent to Bid Forms must be submitted no later than April 22, 2026, 17.00 wib to:

procurement@id.mercycorps.org with the Tender Reference number in the email subject line (Tender No 001/YMCI/TEN/JAK0424/IV/26)

After the closing date of this Tender Notice, the Request for Proposal will be sent to the Insurance Company who submitted Intent to Bid Forms. The Request for Proposal will be sent according to the preference you have mentioned in the Intent to Bid Form. Insurance companies may only submit one Intent to Bid form.
