Job Description:

The Project Lead will serve as a senior leader driving MSC’s advisory and implementation work across digital governance, social protection, financial inclusion, and digital public infrastructure (DPI), while also playing a central role in MSC’s Centre for Responsible Technologies (CRT) to lead and support the design, development, and implementation of DPI solutions across multiple countries.

In addition to providing technical leadership for Indonesia’s Digital ID (IKD) reforms, G2P 4.0 transformation, and DPI-enabled sectoral reforms, the role will engage extensively with government agencies, donors, private-sector partners, and internal teams to manage technical assistance assignments, lead requirement gathering, drive solution design, and oversee implementation across digital initiatives such as Digital ID, data sharing, AI/ML, cloud, and open-source technologies. It also includes leading complex multi-stakeholder programs, shaping new engagements, contributing to thought leadership, and ensuring delivery excellence across MSC’s broader portfolio in Asia and globally to create meaningful impact for low-income and vulnerable populations.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of working experience
• Master’s degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, Economics, Engineering, Digital Governance, Technology, or a related field
• Strong technical and domain expertise
• Proven leadership and program management capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong analytical and consulting skills
• Experience in digital transformation initiatives
• Knowledge of digital public infrastructure
• Competency in AI or cloud technologies
• Background in government advisory or consulting
• Hands-on experience with technology implementation
