Job Description
As a Cooperative Field Officer Intern, you will work closely with horticulture cooperatives in the field. You will support the implementation of activities, contribute to reporting, and be part of the day-to-day work that helps farmer organisations grow more resilient and
effective. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to learn by doing, connect with farmers and cooperatives, and contribute to meaningful change on the ground

Job Requirements
You are curious, motivated, and eager to grow, just like the cooperatives we work with. You
also bring:
- A bachelor’s degree or undergraduate student (3rd or 4th year) in International Development, Business Development, Financial Management, Agricultural Economics, or Agribusiness
- Good communication skills in English and one or more local languages
- A teachable mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
Start date: Mid-February 2026
Duration: 6 months (with the possibility of extension)
Location: Field-based work (Bandung office with travel around Java Island)
