Nurse

Duty Station : Jakarta

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments, including obtaining medical histories and recording vital signs.
• Assist physicians during examinations, medical procedures, and treatments.
• Administer medications and vaccines as prescribed.
• Perform wound care, dressing changes, and other nursing procedures.
• Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are clean, organized, and fully equipped.
• Collect and prepare laboratory specimens.
• Perform basic diagnostic tests, such as electrocardiograms (ECG) and blood glucose monitoring.
• Educate patients on disease management, medication instructions, and preventive healthcare measures.
• Provide instructions and support for post-treatment and follow-up care.
• Accurately document patient information in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
• Schedule patient appointments and follow-up visits.
• Handle phone inquiries from patients and other healthcare providers.
• Ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Collaborate with medical team members to plan and coordinate patient care.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
• Provide home healthcare services, including administering medications, monitoring patient health status, and educating family members on care procedures.

Qualifications

1. Educational Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Nursing from an accredited nursing program.

• Possession of a valid and active Nursing Registration Certificate (STR).

• Minimum of 2–3 years of work experience in a similar position.

2. Competencies:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficiency in using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
