Tertiary Irrigation Technical Assistance (TIRTA)
is one of the programs of AIP-Rural operating in Eastern Indonesia. TIRTA’s
goal is to increase the income of 10,000 farmers through better access to irrigation.
We are currently looking for experienced
individual consultants who will be based in Surabaya as:

Result
Measurement Manager

As a Result Measurement Manager, you will be responsible for leading
the Monitoring and Results Measurement (MRM) System to generate credible information on the project results. You will engage in the capacity building of program staff, ensure DCED Standard for Results Measurement are applied and provide inputs to the Project
Reports and the Implementation Plan and other activities as required.

Senior
Business Consultant/ Business Consultant

As
a (Senior) Business Consultant, you will analyse the
different aspects of the
irrigation sector and
complete technical and commercial viability studies for irrigation schemes.
You will
facilitate
the establishments of agreements between
farmer’s groups and other key actors and develop business models. You will assess
the needs of local service providers,
introduce innovation
and facilitate the improvement of the service provision. You will
prepare monthly and quarterly progress reports.
